Bear Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 2lbs of ground bear meat
- 2 eggs
- Half of an onion: diced
- 16oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon of Badia; Sazon Tropical seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional ~ for the spicy lovers: diced jalapeño
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl
- In a 8x8 pan, spray the pan with non-stick spray
- Layer half of the mixed goodies into the bottom of the pan
- Add a layer of shredded cheese
- Add the rest of the mixed goodies
- Add more shredded cheese on top
- Cover with foil & cook on Traeger at 325 degrees for 1 hour
